What is the return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancel orders currently due to the shipping and handling complications. All sales are final.
If an item you received is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a replacement. All exchanges are subject to a verification process. Email your inquiries to:

Damaged/Missing/Lost Items
- Contact us within 1-3 business day
- Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging, then email us the inquiries.
- You may be required to return the product with all product and order contents, including packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.), parts and accessories. Print the return label, attach to package, and send.
NOTE: You are responsible for auditing and ensuring the orders arrive complete and free of damage.
What is the shipping policy?
- Items ordered may ship from multiple locations/suppliers, making them unavailable to ship in one box.
-After any order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
- Only economy shipping is currently available. Economy: 5-8 business days

- Where can orders be shipped?
Currently shipping in the United States only. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Alaska, island territories, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders (mail drop locations), PO boxes, and a few limited areas.

What if I put in the wrong address in my order?
You may contact us immediately so we can try to fix the order before it's ready to ship.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, CafeTea365 will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
